Terms and conditions of sale

These terms cover what you buy from shapercore.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation, not when you click pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. In every case you get your money back.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and duties are not included unless shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Bundle prices — the 3-pack and the 5-pack — are applied automatically at checkout. The saving shown on the product page is the saving the cart charges.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown there. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times are in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Our 60-day money back guarantee and the free size-exchange terms are set out in the Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What the product is

ShaperCore sells a compression garment. It shapes and supports while you wear it. It is clothing, not a medical device, and it is not a treatment for any condition. We make no claim that it causes weight loss or any lasting change to your body.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the item you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered.
