Refund and return policy
The promise
Wear it for a full 60 days. If you do not like how it fits or how it looks under your clothes, email us and we send back 100% of your money.
You do not need the original packaging, and a tank you have actually worn and washed is fine. That is the point — you cannot judge it without wearing it.
Size exchanges are free
If you ordered the wrong size we will swap it and we pay the return shipping. Email support@shapercore.com with your order number and the size you want instead.
How to start a return
- Email support@shapercore.com with your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send it back. Once it arrives we process the refund within 3–5 business days.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What is not covered
- The original $4.99 shipping fee is not refunded, unless the return is our mistake — wrong item, faulty item, or damaged in transit. Then we refund it in full.
- Return shipping on a change-of-mind refund is yours to cover. On a size exchange it is ours.
- Requests made after the 60 days have passed.
Cancelling or changing an order
Email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will change or cancel it. After that it is usually already packed, and the return process above is the way to handle it.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you do not need to send the original back.
