Shipping policy
What it costs
Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order within the United States. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.
International rates depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout. You see the exact amount before you confirm the order.
How long it takes
We pack and hand over orders within 1–2 business days. After that:

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days, and neither is something we control.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours before the carrier scans the parcel and the link starts updating. That gap is normal.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the United States may attract import duty or tax set by your own country. Those charges are not included in what you pay us, and we cannot calculate or refund them.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email support@shapercore.com within 12 hours and we will correct it before the order leaves. Once it has shipped we cannot reroute it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, tell us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
